Project ID
Every project in Wrike has its own unique ID number, which can be searched for and accessed easily. It may also be useful for identifying items in Wrike according to your own needs.
Simply enter your project ID in the search bar to find it, or go directly to a project's page by typing “https://www.wrike.com/open.htm?id=” into your address bar and including the project's ID at the end of the link.
-
Navigate to the space containing the relevant project.
-
Select the project in the left-hand navigation panel, and the project info panel will open on the right.
-
Click on the info button 1 to open the project's item view.
-
Click the Permalink 2 icon in the top right corner of the project item view.
-
The number at the end of Link to this item is the project ID 3.
-
Cluck on the Show more button 4 in the project's item view.
-
The menu displayed below has the project ID 5.
Tip
Project IDs can also be toggled on as info, which is displayed in Table view. Use the Add column + 1 in the upper-right corner and select the ID option 2 to add a column containing project IDs 3.
It is not possible to customize the ID number on a Wrike item as it is generated by the system and is used as a unique identifier in Wrike's database. For a custom item labeling system to be used, it is best to create a Custom Field.
