Archiving and Unarchiving Spaces
TL;DR
Space admins can archive spaces they manage via the three-dot menu (items aren't deleted—just hidden from the sidebar and accessible under Browse other spaces → Archived tab). To unarchive, find the space in the Archived tab, open it, and select "Unarchive space" from the three-dot menu.

Space admins can archive spaces that they manage.
If you no longer need a space, you can archive it along with all the items within it. In that case, the space and its items aren't deleted completely.
- Navigate to the relevant space in the sidebar.
- Click the three-dot menu button 1 below the space's title.
- Select Archive space 2.
- Click Yes on the pop-up to confirm your decision.
The archived space disappears from the sidebar for all space users.
Archived spaces can still be found in the Archived tab within Browse other spaces on the sidebar. All items within the archived space can also be accessed through Browse other spaces. The items from the archived space that were cross-tagged in other spaces stay visible there.
- Go to the sidebar and click on the current space tab 1 and select Browse other spaces 2 in the drop-down menu.
- From the pop-up, select the Archived tab 3.
- Locate the archived space (either via search or from the list) and click the space 4 to open.
- Click the three-dot menu button 5 below the space's title.
- Select Unarchive space 6.
The space becomes visible on the sidebar of Spaces section of all users who were members of it prior to archiving.
