Setting Your Primary Email

All users on all account types can manage their emails from their Wrike profile.

Wrike users can have multiple email addresses associated with one account.

A primary email address is an email that you can use to log in to Wrike and restore your password (in case you forget it).

You can edit your email preferences for each email connected to your Wrike account.


Users on SAML SSO accounts can't edit their email addresses from their Wrike profile, but a Wrike admin can do so for them.

Set your primary email

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of your Wrike workspace.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down.

  3. Your Profile settings open by default 1.

  4. Scroll down to Sign-in & Security settings 2.

  5. Your primary email is listed with Primary 3.

  6. Use the three-dot menu 4 to the right of the email you want to make primary and select Set as primary from the drop-down.

  7. Click Save changes 5.
