๐ Releases - Templates, Invites, and Effort Improvements, as well as a Fix (02/07/2022)
Feature Updates
- Use-Case Templates - Find Them Faster ๐
Now when you create a space you can use search to look for the templates you need. There are a lot of options, so we needed to make them easier to find.
ย
We're also happy to tell you we've just released a new template, RAID with Dependencies, available in EN locale for Business accounts and up.ย

- Inviting Users - Use the Green Button and Spread the ๐
We want to make it easier for you to grow your Wrike team, so now when you click the green + button next to your profile picture there's an Invite button to add new users to the account.
This button is only visible to users who have the right to invite other users, this can be admins and regular users but will vary depending on permissions and security settings.
ย ย
- Effort - Flexible Effort Allocations Preserved When Task is Reassigned from One User to Another ๐ช
Now when you reassign a task from a single user/job role to another user/job role flexible effort allocations are not erased. This means effort is preserved after changes via mass actions, but also in situations such as reassigning in Table view or via API.
Note that in all other cases, e.g., mass-reassigning from/to multiple users or job roles, flexible allocations won't be preserved.

Fixes
- Timelog View Filters Misbehaving When Showing Time Entries for a Task โ
When users clicked Show all time entries on a task, instead of being redirected to a filtered Timelog that would show them all time entries for the relevant task, they saw the default Timelog view state filtered by This week time filter. This didn't make a whole lot of sense so we've fixed it.
How can I access the RAID with Dependencies template? Thanks
Hi Terri Campbell, welcome to the Community!
Thanks for asking. You can access the use-case templates gallery through the space creation wizard. So the templates will be visible when you start creating a new space. Please note that the list of use-case templates you see in the space creation wizard depends not only on your subscription plan, but also on yourย role in the account. Let me know if it helps๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
The bug fix listed in this release that was supposed to fix the issue with the Show All Time Entries link does not appear to be working. The bug still exists. The exact case as described above is what is happening now; when you click on this, you just go to the default Timelog view and not to a list of all hours for a given task. This bug needs to be revisited.
Thank you.
I am also still experiencing the Timelog bug. When I click on it, it takes me to timelog entries under "Shared With Me" which is basically every task in the system that had a timelog entry for this week. I agree it still needs work, but I'm glad to see this is getting some attentionย ๐
Jason Pontius Thanks a lot for posting this info here! I can see that our team is already investigating this ๐
Jessie Stith Thank you for reporting this, I'll ask my colleagues from the Support team to reach out to you about this too ๐
