Editing Your Time and Date Settings

TL;DR

Update your personal time zone, date format, and time format from your profile settings. These preferences affect how dates and times are displayed in Wrike, including due dates and overdue task notifications.

Overview

All users on all account types can edit date and time settings from their Wrike profile.

Users in Wrike can change their time zone and edit time and date formats in their profile settings.

How to Change Your Time Zone

  1. Click on your profile picture 1 from the sidebar.
  2. Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

  3. Your Profile settings open by default.
  4. Scroll down to Language & Region 3 under Workspace Settings.
  5. Click Time zone 4 and choose your preferred option in the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Save changes 5 when you're finished.

Note

The chosen time zone influences the displayed due dates and when notifications about overdue tasks are emailed.

How to Change Your time and Date Format

  1. Click your profile picture 1 from the sidebar.
  2. Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

  3. Your Profile settings open by default.
  4. Scroll down to Language & Region 3 under Workspace Settings.
  5. Click Date format 4 or Time format 5 and choose your preferred option in the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Save changes when you're finished 6.
