I really appreciate it when feedback is given in a positive and constructive way, and credit is also given or shared among the team. It makes everyone feel valued—and honestly, it’s the sort of thing that encourages everyone to do their best work together.

My green flag ... when my team gets recognition for all their hard work. We are in IT so often left out of all the "Thanks" speeches.

When leaders schedule 1:1s, and mostly let you lead / they listen.  That tells me my work and personal life are important to them too.

The PM in me smiles when people document things in Wrike - if it's not written down in the project, it didn't happen! Communicating in one place rather than Wrike, emails and gchats.

My green flag is keeping your calendar up-to-date -- even better if it includes time blocks for your to get work done and not be scheduled back-to-back. Putting anticipated time off in months in advance is also really a bright green flag.

Mine is folks who communicate! Virtual work makes it even harder to "read your mind" so clarity is key.

We are all in this together. Say what you do and do what you say. That keeps Wrike blueprints and schedules clear and clean.

I absolutely love it when a user has identified a simple step (task) that would make a project flow more easily while providing great communication to the team/owners.
