I really appreciate it when feedback is given in a positive and constructive way, and credit is also given or shared among the team. It makes everyone feel valued—and honestly, it’s the sort of thing that encourages everyone to do their best work together.

Green Flag is when everyone is on the same page and all pushing the same direction.
When the team works as a team. They complete their work but will also help others when required. Also they are open to learning and taking on work so it can be spread throughout the team (not in an overwhelming way but in a backup/Load spreading way)
My green flag is credit and praise is given on a regular basis, when it's due of course!
my green flag is my supervisor always taking time for everyone and having our backs!
My green flag is when explaining a problem, getting the clarifying question of if you were just wanting to vent, or if you would like suggestions for possible solutions.
My green flag is Emails or Slack instead of a phone call!
My green flag is someone listening to me, then summarizing what they think they heard. I try to do this when actively listening and love to get this kind of communication in return
My green flag is consistent communication and the recording of progress in Wrike! Being able to house everything within the project space helps to keep everyone in line and on the same page.
My boss constantly sets up his team members for wins. When he sees opportunities for us to fill in gaps or bring solutions to problems, he lets us lead with our ideas and then gives credit where credit is due.
One of my favorite green flags is when teammates update Wrike tasks proactively—adding comments, uploading files, or marking statuses without needing reminders. It keeps everything flowing and shows real respect for everyone’s time. Total teamwork win!
My green flag is when calendars are up to date so scheduling sticks!
My green flag is when a coworker is open to new ideas.
My big green flag is a meeting where you consider the input of all of the team. This does not mean all the members get their way, but the decision allows for input.
Green flags: shout outs by fellow team members, great communication when collaborating and organising team lunches.
My green flags are advanced planning, prioritization, adequate estimation of your workload [no 'yes to all' folks, please, it's never helpful], and being vocal/providing feedback on anything that may affect the planned scope for you.

Work should be fun not stressful
My green flag is when a colleague send me an invitation to a meeting with detailed summary of what we have to see in that meeting.
I love getting and giving constructive feedback without the fear of hurting someone personally. We can't grow if we don't tell the truth (in a respectful way!).
My green flag is when coworkers ask, "How are you doing? Like, how are you REALLY doing....?"
One of my green flags is when teammates proactively ask for clarification instead of making assumptions. It saves time, shows consideration, and usually prevents avoidable mistakes down the line.
