Guide: Wrike AI Features ✨

Today, we’d like to walk you through all Wrike AI features. Let’s dive in! 

Wrike AI is here to help you work smarter, faster, and with less manual effort. This post gives you an overview of all current Wrike AI features, split into two categories:

• General Availability (GA) – available to all paid Wrike accounts today
  
• Wrike Labs – experimental features you can turn on to try early
  

You’ll also find details below on how to enable AI for your account, how to enable features in Wrike Labs, and what the Wrike AI addendum means for your account.

Note: Wrike’s AI features are powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Your data is not used to train the AI models.

Wrike AI Features in General Availability

🤖 Wrike Copilot

Your AI-powered assistant in Wrike — ask questions in plain language to quickly find information, gather insights, and manage tasks without searching through folders or projects.

📝 AI Summary

Quickly summarizes essential information in long tasks or comment threads.

✍️ AI Content Creation

Generate project briefs, campaign plans, or creative ideas. Create descriptions from scratch and tailor them to your brand or personal voice.

🛠️ AI Content Editing

Change tone, adjust length, check spelling, or translate text into other languages.

✅ AI Action Items

Translate notes into action items, automatically create meeting notes, tasks, and more.

✨AI Highlights 

Instantly surface the most important insights from dashboards.

• Summarizes dashboard data
  
• Surfaces key trends, risks, and recommendations
  
• Available as a widget in the gallery

📋 AI Request Form Creation

Turn simple prompts into an AI-generated draft, then quickly refine, customize, and publish to launch request forms faster.

⚙️ MCP Server

Wrike MCP Server allows AI assistants to securely access real-time Wrike project data, helping teams automate tasks and get smarter insights using natural language. It keeps information safe while making collaboration easier and more efficient.

📱 Wrike Mobile App

• AI Comments Summary – Quickly catch up on discussions.
  
• AI Content Editing for Comments – Rewrite, refine, or translate comments on the go.
• AI Priority Inbox – Highlights key notifications with AI so you can see urgent updates, recommended actions, and high-priority items at a glance and take action right from your Inbox.

How to Enable or Disable AI for Your Account

Only account owners can enable or disable AI features for the entire account.

Steps to Enable / Disable Generative AI

1. Click your profile image in the sidebar.
   
2. Select Settings.
   
3. In the left-hand panel, click Settings under Account Management.
   
4. Scroll down to locate the Generative AI section.
   
5. Toggle Enable/Disable for AI.
   
6. Check the box to confirm you accept the Wrike AI addendum.

Please note that for some accounts, the Generative AI toggle might be greyed out - in this case, please reach out to your Account Manager 📌

AI Features in Wrike Labs

Enable these work Intelligence features in Wrike Labs to try them out and share feedback:

• Fill with AI – AI can automatically populate custom fields based on task data, automating manual work such as routing requests to the right team or person. It works in Table view’s mass actions for single select fields. It appears once you select multiple items in the table.

• AI Space Setup – Create a new Wrike Space simply by describing how your team works. AI will suggest the best way to organize projects and folders.
  
• AI Automation Creation – Describe what you want to automate; AI generates a ready-to-use recipe, recommends the optimal template, and collects required properties to help you launch automations faster.
• AI Agents – Intelligent automation tools that observe your projects, analyze what’s happening, and take smart actions, helping your team stay efficient, proactive, and informed. 

How to Enable Wrike Labs Features

1. Go to Wrike Labs.
   
2. Log in with your Wrike account.
   
3. Switch on the toggle for the Work Intelligence preview.

Wrike AI Addendum

The Wrike AI addendum outlines how Wrike AI processes your data and ensures secure, responsible AI usage.

• Account owners must review and accept the addendum when enabling AI features.
  
• Acceptance applies to both General Availability and Wrike Labs features.
  
• Terms may be updated in the future, and account admins will be notified.
