Designed for manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other industries, the new Asset Scheduling & Tracking solution makes it easy to optimize non-human resources like vehicles, laboratories, video equipment, contractors, and more.
What’s new?
- Easily create asset profiles—no email address or Wrike license required!
- Minimize downtime and optimize allocation: assign assets to tasks, leverage smart assignee suggestions, and manage asset workloads.
- Generate insightful reports on asset availability and usage directly from Dashboards.
Availability:
- Available on Pinnacle accounts only
- Assets do not consume paid licenses and are completely free
- Limit: 1,000 assets per account (higher limits available on request)

Ever felt lost in pickers overflowing with old configurations? Selection fatigue ends here! Our latest governance features provide clear usage data so you know what’s active and what’s gathering dust.
What’s new?
- Key usage metrics: Time used (total and monthly), Last used (by and when)
- Historical usage information will show up starting from 2024.
- Custom descriptions: to document workflow intent for future reference

Asset Scheduling & Tracking makes it even more important to be able to plan assets and assignees by the hour or better quarter of a hour in workload and gantt view. For example a car can be booked for less then a day. We requested it before (I think via account manager) for assignees
What a great start to the week with these updates!
Question regarding the governance of request forms: the screenshot suggests that forms containing errors will be visually flagged with the inclusion of a red warning icon. Am I safe to assume that?
