interesting solution! I think a lot of our HR needs are handled through the HR platform they use.ย
I have signed up to watch the whole thing.
It is a nice setup. But not only for HR. We are using it in R&D for continous improvement process. A simple request from (just two question), a kanban board and thats it.
Maybe something like this will woo my HR team over into using Wrike... Thanks for the solution demo!
Those dashboards are so clean! Great work. I may have paused the video for some dashboard inspiration ๐
Great solution! I love the folder structure between backlog, active, and completed requests. Even though this example is for HR Ops, this can absolutely be applied to any team workflow! The dashboard (and its sections) offers a great detail of detail and clarity to keep teams on track. Love this!

I like seeing the variety of options for dashboards / reporting / monitoring!ย
Our HR team has their own systems. We capture process enhancements using forms and feedback. Love the dashboard options though!
Interesting use case however in an attempt at maintaining our sanity, we are attempting to keep all data in the native application.
I would something like this so that all tasks are visible and easily tracked.ย Currently they can get lost in our HR process.ย The only issue we have is convincing finance that buying more licenses for the whole organisation is worth the money.ย On a tight budget right now so this is highly unlikely to be a solution for us.ย Especially since some of the HR products have some level of this process - and we are already paying for that product.ย ย
We are wanting to expand Wrike into more departments, so sharing ideas like this that are department specific area great ways to show us the functionality for them and pass the ideas along. Thanks!
Great idea and setup!
I really liked how the HR Operations solution centralizes requests and adds visibility without overcomplicating the process. The clear intake form and automated tracking would definitely help reduce manual follow-ups. Itโs a great example of how Wrike can streamline internal service requests beyond project teams.
Dashboards are so versatile, so I like seeing them customized for additional departments.
I wish our HR Operations would consider using this. I'm not sure what they use, but currently they have their own system and then our other teams that have HR-related tasks (such as removing users from platforms or retrieving equipment from them when they leave the company) use a completely different system.ย
Great use case. Keep brining up different areas for us to learn more and expand our potential usage of Wrike.
Amazing!ย
This is so neat! I will share with my HR team.ย
I really like the use of folders to keep work organized.
Interesting! I want to try for our company
Looks like a good way to keep HR organized!
I'm curious to see if this is relevant for us as well!
Thanks for your interest, everyone! Don't forget to submit the request if you'd like this to be set up for you ๐
