Allocate Effort to Milestone
Is there any way to allocate effort to milestones? Some of our milestones are important client meetings/presentations and I'd like to allocate the number of hours that our team members will to spend on those meetings and presentations.
Hey Mya, thanks for reaching out 🙂 Since milestones are tasks without duration, effort can’t be applied to them. What if you created separate tasks for the meetings and presentations where you can allocate effort? I'll be happy to hear what you think 🙌

I'm in the same boat. Milestones still have effort we need to allocate so we can properly resource and plan for our teams. Is this something that could be added?

As a Wrike Consultant, I've worked with many clients who need to apply effort to milestone tasks. At the end of the day, it's still a task that requires action, therefore, requires effort.
