Any planned support for times?

It looks like they are working on this, but haven't landed on the specifics yet.

They mention that there is Google Calendar integration in Labs https://www.wrike.com/labs/?acc=667647 which can be synced to Outlook.

Has this been resolved?  My team are keen to have this feature urgently

Hi Catherine Cridland, you can check out the latest on this request here. At the moment, there aren't any plans to roll this out this feature, but we continue to pass on your feedback to our Product team.

Is there any progress on this issue? It would be great to have visual contact with my Wrike tasks in my personal Outlook Calendar

We are now desperate for this functionality. We are spending hours on diary managements which then had to be manually updated on wrike tasks too.

If we can't get calendar integration, is it possible to at least get a reminder function? I can't seem to find that option anywhere? New user here!

We do have an integration with Outlook, you can read about it here. There's also additional feedback and suggestions for this integration, like in this thread.

Frankly, this "upvoting" system is a joke. What is this, Elon Musk's Twitter?? Calendar integration between Outlook and Wrike. Seems like a no-brainer to me. The OP asked for this 4.5 years ago!!

I understand your sentiment Matt Kreider. I'd like to point out that while we do have this system at the moment, all feedback, regardless of the number of votes, is always reported to our team.

Is there a way to sync my Wrike and outlook calendar?

We have an integration with Outlook that allows you to turn an email into a Wrike task, edit existing Wrike tasks, send and receive comments, and add text from an email as a task comment. You can find more info in this Knowledge Base article. We don't currently have an integration with the calendar, but our team is aware of this suggestion and we send them feedback in relation to it regularly.

My team really need this as well. Makes is so inefficient using 2 calendars.

Hi, has there been any progress made to integrate Wrike to Outlook Calendar?  I've upvoted the post from 2018, from five years ago. Is there something blocking you from creating this functionality? It seems like there is.

Although there is a native integration allowing you to turn emails into Wrike tasks, edit existing tasks, send and receive comments and add text from emails to tasks, it's not currently possible to link Wrike calendars to Outlook calendars. Our team is aware of the popularity of this suggestion, but at the moment they can't prioritize this over other important updates and enhancements. This is not a dead topic... at this point we've tried a few options including the "wrike partner" UNITO who claims to integrate with Outlook's calendar.  We've found UNITO support to be completely unresponsive to our basic questions during the free trial period... which does not bode well for us purchasing their solution. 

One question we had with UNITO is apparently you must give FULL admin rights to your organization's Outlook account to UNITO... which, um, is a gigantic security risk so obviously we had lots of questions about that.  UNITO's response was "well, we can't see your system so we can't answer your question".... !!! and further attempts to discuss how to connect and synchronize Wrike to Outlook via UNITO are getting no responses from UNITO.

SO... my question is... assuming we have the BEST technical people out there (and we do) and our only limiting factor is bandwidth (because our technical folks are in such high demand), can we use the API to create a TRUE 2-way sync from Wrike tasks into an Outlook calendar???

I don't care about using Wrike as a replacement for Outlook.  We aren't going to do that.  So Wrike is the SOR for our IT department's workload and project planning... we simply want some key fields such as task name and dates to populate into an Outlook calendar, and whenever ANY of the sync'd information changes in Wrike... to actually update the corresponding Outlook entry for it.  And it would be be a bonus if the entry in Outlook were edited... the changes would flow back into Wrike.

This is a VERY simple ask.  If Wrike is unable to do this, please tell me how we can get this done.  UNITO is proving to not be the solution.  Can we do this using an API with Wrike?

This omission from Wrike is puzzling. Aligning PTO with project milestones is crucial, and this should be seamless across multiple users. Whether it's Outlook pulling data from a Wrike calendar or Wrike pulling from Outlook, it should be straightforward. Implementing Outlook to pull a calendar from Wrike seems like the easier option.

At a minimum, is there a way for the public calendar link to be something that can be added to Outlook? I'm not concerned with task or email integration, as many of the reps here have posted. I specifically need calendar integration.

Diana Brandon That should be possible through our add-on, Wrike Integrate. There are also native options like email integration, but it's not possible to add your Wrike calendar to your Outlook calendar using it.
