How to automate adding a comment based on the custom text field content?
Hello,
I was trying to do some automation to make our team's weekly update meeting more efficient with Wrike.
I can use the most of core features of Wrike, but I'm wondering whether I can do this kind of automation or not, so please help if you have any idea.
What I'm trying to automate is:
- I've already made 2 custom fields - 'Reported?': single selection, 'Weekly update': text
- Each team member enter some weekly update content in the 'Weekly update' field before every team weekly meeting.
- Once the weekly meeting finishes, each team member select 'completed' in the 'Reported?' field.
- Then, automation logic should trigger - add a comment to each task with the content of 'Weekly update' field, and removing values of both custom fields.
I tried to use like {{customfield."Weekly update}} things but it does not work.
How can I do this kind of automation?
I don't want my team to manually add weekly update comments after the weekly call, and want to show my team that Wrike is really awesome and powerful tool much more than their expectation.
