Weโ€™re thrilled to announce a brand-new addition to our Help Center: Generative Search Results! ๐Ÿš€ With the help of AI, you will now be able to quickly find relevant information about Wrikeโ€™s features by simply asking a question in the Help Center search bar ๐Ÿค–

How it works ๐Ÿ”Ž

Now, when you search in our Help Center, you will see a quick answer generated by AI ๐Ÿ’ชย 





Important: Phrases or how-to questions are preferred
to access better results - a one or two-word query may not trigger the most suitable answer.ย 

๐Ÿ“ How to access Generative Search

Start using it now!

  1. Log into the Help Center. Only users logged in to their Wrike account will be able to access this feature.
  2. Enter your question or phrase. In the search field, type a question or query and press Enter.
  3. An AI-generated quick answer will appear at the top of the search results, if available.
  4. ย Explore further. For more detailed information, click on any of the suggested articles linked within the quick answer.
  5. Provide Feedback. Help us improve by providing feedback on the quick answer:

ย ย ย - Click the thumbs-up icon ๐Ÿ‘ if the answer was helpful.

ย ย ย - Click the thumbs-down icon ๐Ÿ‘Ž if the answer didnโ€™t meet your expectations, select the reason, add a comment, and click "Submit feedback."


Please note that Generative Search currently supports only English language queries, with plans to add more options in the future. Also, this feature is experimental and as such is subject to change/removal.ย

Hi everyone!

Following up on some of the feedback we have recently received, we wanted to reiterate that if a generated answer doesn't meet your expectations, you can take the following action:

  • Click on the thumbs-down icon ๐Ÿ‘Ž once the reply has been generated to indicate that the reply is not what you were looking for.
  • Then, select a reason.
  • Finally, and very importantly, add a short comment explaining why the reply is not satisfactory. Click on "Submit feedback" to finish the process.

After completing these steps, feel free to ask the question again in the search field of the Help Center.
