Dependency options greyed out?
Hi friends,
I have an tem structure that looks like this
Feature
-Phase A (Sub-Item)
-Phase B (Sub-Item)
-Phase C (Sub-Item)
I'm trying to add dependencies to the subitems to chain them together. However, when I click "Add Dependency", the "Predecessor" and "Successor" elements are greyed out and unselectable, except on Phase A.
If I try to do it via drag-and-drop on the Gantt Chart view, A simply will not connect to B.
Any ideas why this is preventing me from adding dependencies to my items?
Hi Scott Stephan, thank you for sharing your case with us. May I ask if you have tried these instructions to establish the dependencies?
I ran into this issue. My problem was caused by the tasks being in a Status related in the Deferred State. Found the answer in an FAQ another Wrike user shared in https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/211743509-FAQ-Can-t-Create-a-Dependency
