Status of request

Good Morning

I need your help. We use wrike as a ticket system in customer support. 
I would like to keep the customer informed about the status of their request.
Is there a way to share this via wrike?

The workaround that we've developed is that all of the work requests we receive have a 2 day turnaround. If a request requires additional time, we figure out a timeframe and respond to the requester.  This option might be a little more challenging if each of your requests require different turnaround times.
