Share a dashboard
We do regular work for a customer and we use Wrike for PM.
Now the customer has requested that we share a live dashboard with them so that they can see the work status for their different projects, and also be able to comment on specific projects, however, they do not wish to become a Wrike user. They already use other softwares internally and being a corporation, they are not going to change their methods just for us. But their requirement to get a live dashboard is very urgent. How can we get this setup?

Hello! Welcome to the forums 👋 There isn't a way to share a Dashboard with someone who is outside of Wrike, but it sounds like a Report Snapshot might work for you. You can create Reports which show similar (or the same data as Dashboards) and then have a static snapshot of that data sent to someone outside of Wrike. Do you think that might work for your team?
An option to share a view-only dashboard with external users would be very helpful. Recreating a Dashboard as a report, if it's not a simple process (drop-down action) is not a realistic solution as it creates yet another view/screen/section to maintain. Please add this feature to a user request list as I don't see a clear path to up-vote this feature.

When you say "external user", do you mean a user from outside of Wrike or do you mean someone in Wrike with an External User license type?
When you share a Dashboard with any Wrike user, you can choose what sort of access each of the accounts will have. By using this, you can set your Dashboards as Read Only for External Users!
If you mean a user from outside of Wrike, this feature is currently unavailable. If this is something you would like to see, then I would suggest making a post in our Product Feedback forum. Our Product Team will give you a status on this suggestion once the post reaches 60 upvotes.
