Overview

All users except for Collaborators, Contributors, or Viewers and External users can create snapshots for the reports they have access to.

Note

On Enterprise accounts, the types of users who can use this functionality may vary due to user type settings.

A report snapshot is a saved version of a report at a specific moment in time. It saves your data exactly as it is at that moment, letting you review for comparison or reference later.

Important

  • Snapshots are static; they don't automatically update with the current data from the report.

  • It's not possible to edit a report from its snapshot.

When you create a snapshot, a link is generated and saved in Wrike. When you share the link with someone, they're able to view the snapshot. To share your snapshot, just share the snapshot link or email it directly from the view.

Note

It is not possible to create a snapshot of a report in a Locked space.
