Removing task from 1 client but not another
Right now I have the tasks of 1 client visible in the task list of another client. However, when I select the task & click "move" it does not delete the task from the incorrect client. If I delete the task altogether, it removes it even from the correct client.
Hi Lizvette! It sounds like tasks were shared with both clients due to the Folder structure. Something we recommend in this case is creating separate Folders for different clients, and sharing those Folders only with those users who should be seeing the data, like in this example:
Tasks are placed in the corresponding Folders, ensuring that people see only what they should be seeing. To unshare a Folder which has been shared accidentally, right click on the Folder in the navigation panel, and open the "Share" menu:
