Permissions Auditing

Need ability to view folder structure through the eyes of an end user or member of a security group. Currently, you have to hunt and peck to find where a group is used in order to remove it.

Hey Matt, it's very manual, but I have a workaround that might save time if you need to unshare all information from a particular group.

  1. Invite an extra user to join Wrike as a Collaborator (this won't take a user seat).
  2. Add the user to the group which you want to unshare from Folders/Projects.
  3. Log in as the user.

Now when you log in as the user you'll be able to see what is shared with that User Group and only what is shared with them. It's just a workaround, but it will give you a list you can work off vs. searching through Folders and Projects.

Hi Matt! I wanted to share a news that now it is possible to log in as another user. We're also working to improve User Groups management experience, so stay tuned! :)
