Previously, while you could ask for the name and email of external request form submitters, this information could only be saved to the task description or title. Now, we've introduced a new Contact Info Page that contains two customizable questions. And the best part - answers can be saved to text-type custom fields โจ

Hi Lisa do you know if there will be any ask an Expert sessions in a more European timezone friendly set up?
Do you know if there is any plan to have a "link"type customfield, where for example an E-Mail could be clicked on and it would open the default e-mail programm?

Hiย Basudha Sakshyarika,ย I'm afraid these timezones aren't alligning well for Austrian Timezones. I have tuned in while driving a few times, but its not that helpful sadly...
I will check in with my Customer Sucess Manager, if I could get the on Demand version for later!
I am located in France and also have difficulties joining the sessions as they aren't European friendly. As Wrike is a global solution, I hope that they will add more timezones. Making the recorded sessions would be an additional bonus as well.
