Status Update Requests

Is there a way to find out who I sent status update requests to?

Thank you for the question, Melody! Status Update Requests serve as an email notification trigger, thus they are not logged in the activity stream and you cannot check who you've sent updates to. To easily keep track of this communication in one place, I recommend @mentioning users in the task's comment section. This will provide you with a detailed stream of information, ensuring that no updates are overlooked.

hello,

I have tried to @mention in the different text fields of the request but couldn't add automatic users.

Hi Calao, thanks for your post.

Are you creating a Request Form, or filling one in?

Auto-assigning users are decided when you're building the form. You choose the source data, the question and who the form should automatically be assigned to.

It would be great to hear an example use-case so I have a better understanding of what you're looking do. Thank you!

Hi Stephen, Thanks for the message.

My colleage in charge of planning the human ressources on a project has created a request-form, so that she did receive automatically all the resquests posted by someone else.

My question is: once I fill a resquest (which is sent automatically to my colleague then), I have no possibility to review/modify this request afterwards. Correct? Or is there any function in Wrike to do.

I have tried to search with the @mention, but it's not working.

Thanks for your feedback,

Hi Calao, thank you for coming back to me!

To view/edit these tasks, you will need to know where these Request tasks are being generated in your Wrike account. You'll also need to ensure the Folder/Project where the task is generated is shared with you.

Your colleague, or whoever created the Request form, should be able to tell you where this task is and share it with you as they would have specified the location when creating the form.

Perhaps, if the Project is already shared with you, you can also use some other Search commands to help locate the task in Wrike.

I hope this helps 🙂 Please let me know if you have any questions 👍
