Hello.ย
I am the Sales and Projects Manager for an industrial construction company. We are a small company with a large work force with quite a few people living in different states, so we want to improve communication about upcoming projects. I also hope to use Wrike to track all projects and billing totals.ย
I was told about the "Cross-Tagging Functionality" that could help me input project information only once but be able to add different details in different "Project" folders. I would love some more information for how to set this up and use it well.ย

I'm happy to discuss tags in Wrike! First of all, I'd recommend checking out the following articles on our Help Center:

Projects and folders can be added as tags to any other task, folder, project, or space. The tagged item can be found in all of the projects it's tagged in. It's important to note that tasks, folders, and projects are automatically shared with the users who have access to the project where you tag them.
To add a new tag (= add an item to a new location), you can click on the "+" button under the item name:

๐ What we're hoping to get out of Wrike: Better project management for both our internal team members and our external clients. We have already been leveraging full client integrations, API feeds to sync our datasets, and so much more. So far we have seen a tremendous improvement in our ability to track and manage projects.ย
๐ค If there are any challenges we can help you overcome: The learning guides have been a tremendous help so far! I'm looking forward to completing all of the training guides to become a super user. So far everything we've learned has been so intuitive in figuring out with the interface.ย

Hello! My name is Maurizio and I am based in Miami, FL, USA. I work for an organization called Florida Sea Grant, a University of Florida-based program that supports research, education and extension to conserve coastal resources. I work with roughly 80 partner organization on coral reef conservation projects in south Florida. I'm hoping that Wrike can help with project management, including tracking timelines and progress on concurrent projects that involve a lot of partners.ย
Right now, I am familiarizing myself with Wrike. I feel like I am using just the 'surface level' and am hoping to better understand the full functionality of the platform.ย

It's great to hear you're interested in dashboards, as our team is currently releasing new features for our New Dashboards. Could you tell me if you've started looking into the New Dashboards already?
For objectives, there's different terminology like KPIs or OKRs depending on your exact goals. I'd definitely recommend checking out our discussions on Goal and OKR management as well as Business goals - you may find inspiration there โจ I'd also encourage you to post in our Best Practices forum - our Community members are great at showing examples of how they manage and track work in Wrike.ย

Yes, I am already on the new dashboards.ย Right now we are still in implementation mode in my opinion.ย My team is getting used to WRIKE on a basic level.ย My hope is that by end of the year, we accelerate to a more moderate level of users, so they feel more connected to the work they have underway, and more efficient in delivering.ย ย
On the dashboard front, I am curious what dashboards are recommended for COO / CMO who also helps plan and drive the work.

๐ What we're hoping to get out of Wrike:ย Content scheduling/planning to start. Weโre a three-person MarCom team at a private school and previously used Brightpod. A color-coded calendar works best for our brains so thatโs what we are playing around with right now. We may expand to project management as we learn more.
๐ค If there are any challenges we can help you overcome: Figuring out the best way to use the calendars for us (we are more focused on channel assignments vs. progress). We are still implementing and learning about calendar layers and how they may help us.

Hello, Iโ๏ฝ Daizaburo Hosoda. I am an electrician at DAICEL in Japan. In addition to chemical factories (JPN,DEU), I have experience managing construction projects at building construction sites (JPN), nuclear power plants (JPN,CHN), and substations for power system grid (USA). In any field, the most important thing is schedule management, which affects safety, quality and ecomony.
I used Wrike in my most recent project, which allowed me to efficiently manage a huge number of tasks and complete the project without delay with a few members.
We look forward to even more convenient updates going forward. If the number of users in Japan increases, it will be useful not only for our company but also for improving productivity in other industries.

Hi everyone,
I work for Molex and am remotely based out of Fargo, ND. I've been using the platform for over two years and greatly appreciate how flexible and dynamic it is. We have come a long way in my short tenure. My position is changing a bit in the new year and I need assistance with getting more of our Marketing team to fully adopt our Wrike practices. I have spent quite a bit of time creating two separate forms and blueprints to onboard collaborators and regular users to our Wrike instance. I've also created a space for onboarding and Wrike Quick Tips and shared Wrike YouTube Videos. I'd love to hear any other suggestions or advice on getting more of my team up to speed and thinking "if it's not in Wrike, it doesn't exist."
