[Status: Backburner ⏳] Embed Wrike views into webpages

I am amazed for a thread first started in 2016, that there still does not seem to be a full solution to the embedding issue. While i notice that request forms can be embedded, unless i am missing something, it seems the same cannot be said for the calendar?

While the shared calendar options are useful, an external link is a confidentiality risk and we would prefer to embed to a intranet accessed via Single Sign On. 

Is there really no solution to this other than an API or labour-intensive work-around?

I think it's awesome that you are passing the voice of us users to the Product team, and I was wondering if there is any specific/technical reason for blocking users from embedding public snapshots etc?

Looking at a report snapshot, I see great UX and security work by Wrike and this effort is usually done to allow embeds, so it's a little confusing these pages are left blocked.

The Product team has let me know that this is more complex than it seems to implement and as such there are no plans for this at the moment. However, this doesn't mean that this will never be implemented. If anything changes here we'll be sure to update this thread.

I know what the answer has been, but I would love to see this feature added. The ability to embed a un-editable gantt chart or table into our company's external dashboard or chat platform would be very useful. Honestly, there are people in the company who only want to see the basic milestones, real-time (not snapshots) without having to login to anything. I would love to see this feature implemented.

Has anyone found a work around for this through an integration or middleware?

Another great option would be an integration with Google Sheets or something so that we could produce similar charts external to the application (in LucidChart for instance)

Someone posted that they had found a way to do this with integrationfox, but last I checked integrationfox didn't have a Wrike integration... workato looks like it *might* be a possibility, but I haven't tried it.

Adding on to the comments here. I can't believe the Product Team from Wrike is turning this down. Embedding calendar views in SharePoint should be as simple as generating a public facing Embed Code. You're already able to generate public facing Calendar Links - so there's no issue with using this to skirt buying additional licenses - that information is already public.

For an example of how this could easily be used - my Marketing team uses Wrike to organize all of our in-house work. However, we need to communicate to our hundreds of Sales Reps what the plan for our campaigns are. It would be super easy to create a campaign playbook within SharePoint that features an embedded content calendar view showcasing the different Milestones within a campaign.

It's pretty disappointing that the Wrike Team refuses to engage with this, given the amount of time this has been supported by the user community. I've seen better customer support from them in the past, and would expect similar support on this issue.

Well said Joseph Anderson and yet another essential feature getting the blow off by Wrike!  Most other tools can do this in a myriad of ways...

For anyone trying to embed a Wrike calendar public view into a SharePoint site, or other website, don't be thrown off by the lack of an embed code. Just use this, and replace the Google URL with the public URL of your calendar. Adjust your iframe size as needed.

This topic is getting attention from our executives. It's embarrassing to inform C-suite personnel that a feature-wealthy tool such as Wrike cannot provide a simple way to embed real-time reports in a public view. If we are forced to move away from Wrike, it will be primarily for this reason.

Hey there - looking for an update on this. Has the Product Team been able to add this to the roadmap? As others have said, this is game-changer functionality and most of your competitors already have.  It would make a huge difference in the day-to-day of my team.

As this post reached 60+ votes, I've checked with the Product team and added the Backburner status here. Although the team can see the value of this idea, they are focused on other priorities for now. Therefore, there are currently no plans to add this functionality in the short-term roadmap.

Adding another vote to let Wrike know how important this is for users. If anyone has found a workaround, please share. 

Added my vote here as well. I need to put an embed of a dashboard into Sharepoint so my CEO can keep apprised of our Web Development backlog. Without an embed I have to recreate this another way, so now I will have three systems I have to update instead of the two I'm already on. It becomes difficult if reporting on your work actually takes more time than doing the work.
