Glitch: Grey Box in Task Description

Hello,

Members of our PM team are experiencing issues with the task description in Wrike across different client folders. We first noticed this occurring on Monday, 10/31. A grey box appears in the task description (parent and subtasks) and we're unable to click the space to add text. Some have found it's helpful to refresh over and over, or access the task from the folder itself vs. via a dashboard or the inbox. However, today I am experiencing this glitch for the first time and none of these workarounds are resolving the issue for me. 

It is happening in every task in a particular folder currently.

Hello,

I just wanted to add to this, we are having the same issue. We are trying to update task descriptions, but when we try to make the update, the description field is greyed out. If the description field is not greyed out and we make an update and refresh the task, we find that the description only kept they very first character that was inputted; for example if we were to add the word 'test' to the description, when refreshing we only see the letter 't'.
