Note

If you're experiencing issues specifically with the Wrike Desktop App, please refer to this article for detailed troubleshooting steps.

Important

Before troubleshooting, visit our Wrike Status Page to check if there are any ongoing issues or maintenance announcements.

Troubleshooting

To verify whether the issue you're experiencing is related to cache or cookies, try accessing your Wrike account in a different browser or a new incognito window.

Here are the shortcuts for Incognito/Private mode in different browsers:

Windows

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N

Mac OS

  • Chrome: Cmd+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Cmd+Shift+P
  • Safari: Cmd+Shift+N
If everything works as expected in these environments, clearing cache and cookies may resolve the problem. Rather than clearing your entire browser history, we recommend clearing cache and cookies specifically for Wrike in your browser's Developer Tools or settings. This method offers more control, allows you to target specific sites, and preserves your browsing history.
