Was there a specific reasons it was removed?

Thank you for your question!
The /wrikepreview command was removed when we upgraded our Slack integration so that permalinks will automatically generate a preview without needing to use commands.
Try posting a permalink in your integrated Slack account and let us know how it goes 😊
