[Status: Backburner ⏳] Need a way to give users multiple Job Roles

I need a way to be able to assign multiple job roles in Wrike to each user. We have many situations where 2 users are both qualified to do 1 task but the next task only 1 of them is. An example of this is a supervisor of a group is able to do the same tasks as their subordinates but the subordinate can not do all of the same tasks as the supervisor. Being only able to assign a user a single role is making it difficult for us to set up blue prints correctly.

Hi! 

 

A function like this would really help. Is it a big thing to change? As I see alot of people asking for it over a couple of years and still nothing changed?

Wil it ever appear on the roadmap?
