Yes, please change the Snapshot time format to that used in the profile settings.

Hey Lisa, as per my comments on a similar post, I am having the same issue. Details are: I have my settings to dd/mm/yyyy, but the baseline/snapshot link still defaults to US data format (see image). We are sharing these reports external and getting a lot of push back because of the date format. The only solution we have is to take manual screenshots to create pdfs of the Wrike programme so we can get the correct date format...which is definitely not ideal! Are you able to provide any guidance?

Hello Lisa,

Has the issue with American date format in snapshots been resolved?  I experienced this issue today also.  I am based in Europe and prefer to use the dd/mm/yyyy format

Thanks

Susan

Has there been any update on this issue? I'm having the same trouble with the Report Snapshots and I haven't received any information in a while. I have customers complaining about the confusing dates, so I'd like to get this sorted ASAP.

Thanks

Nik

Hello,

Basically, I have the same request as previous people : we would like to have the date in a European way not in the American format.

Our settings are correctly set :

Yet, in reality :

Thanks a lot in advance for your help ! :)

I am having the same problem. Eventhough my profile setting is UK format, Reports always use US format. Can you confirm if this has been fixed ?

Hi Dermot Moloney, welcome to the Community 🙂

Do I understand correctly that you are talking about the date format in the Gantt Chart Snapshots? If so, the date format rather meets browser locale settings than Language & Region settings in Wrike.

Please update your Chrome browser here: chrome://settings/help

  1. Find Settings under the three-dotted menu in the upper right corner of your browser.
  2. Scroll down and click Advanced. It's at the very bottom of the page.
  3. Scroll down and click Language.
  4. Click Add languages.
  5. Select a language that meets your requirements regarding the date format display.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Press on three dots next to this language and select "Move to the top".

Now Gantt Chart Snapshots should have the correct date format.

Please let me know if that helps!

Hi,

My company is headquartered in NZ, but we are in the US. In the UI I am able to see dates (this is for timelogs specifically) in MM/DD/YYYY format, but the export comes in DD/MM/YYYY - really counter-intuitive and makes this difficult to merge with other data. Any update on this?

Welcome to the Community, Judah Ferst!

In your settings, go to the date and week settings in the Account Management page. If you change the default date format for Guest users here, it will change the date format that appears in exported timelog data.

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, let me know.

thanks - would have never figured that out. We are a global company so this only solves this partially as we might have guest users in different countries. Anything on the roadmap to make this more granular?

Hey Judah Ferst,

The Product team currently have no plans to implement this feature into Wrike. I'd recommend making a post in the Product Feedback section about this, so that other Community members will be able to provide their own feedback on this suggestion too.

If you need anything else, be sure to let me know!

Hi

US date format is still showing as mm/dd/yy in REPORTS even though I've changed to dd/mm/yy in ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

projects and folders timelog and start, end & due dates are all ok with dd/mm/yy. It's only in REPORTS that I can't change to dd/mm/yy.

I have just raised this as it also affects the Analytics dates.  I notice that someone raised this nearly 4 years ago and yet you still haven't managed to resolve it??

Hi Scott McKinley, thanks for reaching out! Do you mean Wrike Analyze?

If your profile language is English, it automatically sets it to the format used in the USA. However, this can be customized manually in the widget settings. You'd need to click on the Calendar icon on the right-bottom of the date dimension and then add custom format "dd/MM/yyyy". There will be a pop-up tooltip too.

Let me know if that helps.

Darina Thanks for that, it's resolved it. Although I would expect it to use my workspace settings, so that I don't have to format a widget every time I use one.  Still would be a defect in my opinion.
