paid for 2 seats - having trouble using both

So guys:

I have a wrike account - the pay by month account - 2 seats for 28 bucks.

I *thought* the second seat user could see and manipulate projects the same I can as the account owner. I need help figuring this out.

How do I make sure both seats have equal capabilities?

I want the second user to be able to see charts, make comments, share comments - just like I can as account owner. I can't figure out how to set the second user up as an admin.

HELP! I love Wrike's capabilities, but it's not user-friendly in the least.

Hello Jenny,

Do you want to add a user as an administrator for the entire account or just for a specific space?

To add a user as an administrator for the entire account, please refer to this official Wrike guide.

To add a user as an administrator for a space only, check out this other link.

Here’s also a summary of user role permissions, which will help you decide which level of access is most appropriate.

Wrike can feel a bit abstract at first, but I encourage you to be patient. It’s worth it!

tip: Take a look at Wrike Discover, it’s full of great content that’ll help you quickly get the hang of the platform.

Hi!

Other user must be an Admin in Account and Spaces.

Jenny Maness It depends which seats you bought! There are different types at different prices.

You can reach out to your Account Manager to inquire, but in the meantime if you go to Settings > Account Management > Users, you'll see a list of users and you'll be able to see what type they are!

Based on your post, I'm wondering if your users have Collaborator or Contributor seats since you're mentioning a lack of capabilities. You can change user types depending on what you purchased by going in the user's settings from that table above, clicking "Edit settings", and changing the dropdown of User type (and clicking Save, of course, when you've made the changes). Again though, depends on what you have purchased!
