Add "Belongs to" column in account settings' Automation list for overall view

Hi y'all!

Anyone else have a hard time locating certain automations because some are on the account-level and others on the space-level?

I recently had an issue where an automation was firing twice and I couldn't locate the duplicate automation. The problem? I didn't have an overview of all the automations in the account and both were in separate spaces!

I think the account-level settings for all features should, in fact, show all features in the account. Request Forms do it! There's a "Belongs to" column that specifies if it's account-wide or space-specific; it tells you where they are located/what area owns the form.

Why not the Automations, too? That way, we have full statistics too on how many rules we have in total and what the overall usage is, since limitations exist.

Agree, I had a similar issue the other week where I had to search between account level automations, space automations, custom item type automations, and workflow automations to find what I needed.

Ali Moses ouf! Too many nooks and crannies to check, we definitely need one consolidated view! Thanks for your support and feedback, good to know I'm not the only one here scrambling to find things. Cheers!

This is a great idea. We have had a similar issue where we had 2 automations fighting each other, one at the space level and one on the account level, both built by different users. We spent quite some time trouble shooting the issue before we realized that we should look to see if there were other automations that could have been causing this to break. This would have saved so much frustration.

Thanks for backing this, Milissa! 👍🏽 It makes sense to have a consolidated view for automations. I have shared the feedback with the team!
