User Group - Sharing and Rights in Settings page

It would be really helpful to be be able to see more information from the User page in the settings regarding group.

Mainly, it would be good to see what each group have access to in term of spaces, folder, projects.

As an admin, you have access to that information through the spaces, but it's really not user-friendly to have to go through all spaces/folders to understand what a certain group can and cannot see...

I've passed on your feedback to our Product team. In the meanwhile, I wanted to check with you if you have considered creating Access Reports?
 
You can create them from Settings, under Account Management. It will group by Spaces/Folders/Projects and you can export the report as .CSV document.

It seems this is a feature only available for enterprise, while we are on the business plan.

 

It's disappointing to see such a simple and expected feature reserved to the enterprise plan...

Hi Guillaume Morency, I've passed on your feedback to our Product team. As a workaround, I can suggest exporting the data on Space level to Excel and sort by users.
