Request Form Description Boxes

A giant improvement to Request Forms would be to allow blocks of text. If under section headers, we were able to add detailed descriptions, even the ability to format text with a WYSIWYG editor and ability to insert images would be huge. We are Request Form power users and having these features would vastly improve our form processes and allow us to use them even more in our environment.
