[Status: Not planned] Request Forms: Formatting
I would like to be able to apply basic formatting to the request form descriptions and questions. For example: bold/italic text, bullets, hyperlinks, paragraph spacing (ability to "enter" & start sentence on a new line, and add blank lines in between lines of text).
Hey guys, thanks for sharing your feedback here, we really appreciate it! I don't have an update to share with you at the moment, but I'll make sure to get back to you when that changes.

Hyperlinks is a real must for us in our Request Forms.
I would also like formatting available within request forms. Not having this feature available forces us to use an outside word processor to share formatted marketing copy.
Please create hyperlink functionality in your request forms. It would be so helpful for us and it looks like this request has been pending for almost 3 years. Give the people what they want! ;)
Agree to the need for basic formatting (bold, italics, bullets) as well as hyperlink functionality. Same as provided in this tool. Someone laughed today when I provided the file path navigation in the request form to get to a preview document. They said you've got to be kidding.
Agree this is an overdue piece of functionality. Any plans for creating this feature?
Would love this feature in 2020.
Hey everyone! Thanks for supporting this suggestion 🙂 Only 6 upvotes left and our Product team will add an official status to the post 👍

Hi everyone! Great work on getting 60+ upvotes here, thanks a lot for your input!
I've checked with the team as the suggestion reached this minimum threshold, and for now, it's not planned by the team. Rest assured your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed though! This suggestion will now be part of our process and discussions will continue (more info on this here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360019106654--Read-Me-What-happens-with-Product-Feedback-)
Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

I simply cannot understand that a VERY SIMPLE feature like this is NOT AVAILABLE in Wrike, and the request to add it to Wrike was COMPLETELY IGNORED FOR OVER 4 YEARS. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE, UNREASONABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
What was Wrike's dev team doing all these years? By the way, this simple feature should be implemented on day 1 by the way.
Welcome to the Community Timmy Tran!
I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed. Let me explain how we work with the Product Feedback that we receive here on the Community. All the feedback is passed on to the Product team, and once any post reaches the 60 votes threshold, we ask the team to provide one of the statuses here. We also check with the team to see if there are any updates and share here if available. Unfortunately, the team can't work on every suggestion that we receive, as we have multiple feedback channels so the team has to prioritize functionality and their plans.
If you'd like to see what Community suggestions have been implemented recently, you can check them in the pinned section of the Product Feedback forum. We also publish Weekly Release notes.
And here's a very detailed post on what happens with Product Feedback, please check it out for more info.
Please rest assured that your feedback will also be passed on to the Product team, and let me know if I can help you with anything else.

By the way, did you notice that the same exact feature is available in this WYSIWYG editor for the reply, and it is also available in Wrike comment editor everywhere in Wrike?
Why this same exact feature not available in Wrike Request Form is beyond me.
Really need this functionality! We all do communications and often need to express beyond a type word....

This is a top tier feature request IMO. There are endless minutes turned in to hours over time on back end formatting once a ticket is submitted. To make this more easily digestible using the basic fundamentals of type hierarchy and proper outlining format technique, we could save a great deal of time and confusion. Any acceleration on this is appreciated!
Thank you for throwing your support for this idea Kelsey Ireland 👍 We continue passing on the feedback here and if or when we have an update from the Product team, we'll make sure to let you know!

Agreed here! It is driving me up the wall that I can't make the request form a little more enticing to read as well as making things more obvious. It would also be nice to actually preview the request form prior to publishing. My team uses Wrike forms a lot across multiple organizations, including a lot of engineers and product managers. It would be nice to make the request forms and information stand out more instead of the blandness the standard Request Form provides...hoping this request gets picked up!
Plus one to this. Having the functionality for formatting, even just in the description, would be great. Especially adding hyperlinks -- I can't believe that's not already an option when you can add them in Task Descriptions?
Hey folks, thank you for bumping this thread!
We don't have an update for this suggestion at the moment - it's still not planned due to other priorities. We'll let you know if there are any changes here.
