[Status: Launched! ๐] Email notifications for external request form submitters
Recently Wrike implemented Forms, as a way for people to easily submit tasks and have them automatically added to Wrike folders. Once a user submits a form, they are automatically emailed confirming their submission. I'm looking for a ay that the user can also be emailed once that task is completed.
I am a web developer, and my company uses this form feature for users to submit tickets to us for website changes or website issues. So it would be helpful for us to have the user fill out the form, and once we get the task and mark it as "Complete" in our workflow, having the user automatically emailed saying the task was completed would be extremely helpful.ย
We also need this feature.ย The current suggestion to manually add form requesters as "Collaborators" just so they can receive updates to the tasks/requests they've submitted is problematic at best for us, especially in the future as we add more people to the collective group of organizations we manage.
If this feature is implemented I would also like to see options for selecting or limiting what kinds of updates external form submitters receive.

Adding support for a notification at the end of the approval process to avoid manually needing to notify the user.
Our current workflow:
Ideally, at the end of the process the user would just get Status Update + Comment sent to the email they provided.
This would basically be "Status of your request is Completed" + some text I wrote while rejecting it or approving it.

What's the status of this? The ability for requesters to understand the project status as it is changed is a must and we have so many clients that end uo submitting 1-3 projects and that makes it quite inefficient to make them collaborators.

Yes please for us as well.....
We are using external request forms. When the form is completed, the external form submitter (not a Wrike user) receives a summary of the submitted information by email, but as far as I can see that is the only and last information that they receive.ย
Is it possible to notify the external submitter when the Request has a note or update added or when the status is changed?

Has there been any movement on this feature request? Everything is so automated (which is great) until you have to manually let an external requestor know that you've either seen their ticket or that it was closed/completed. Our team would greatly appreciate the ability to have a notification system if the status is changed on a task that comes in through an external form.
