Is there any way to mark some to watch the task instead of actually assign to them? 'Cause some time I just need that members of my team stay aware of it and not indeed do it.

Hi Diogo! Sure thing, you can add team members as followers of a task, so they would be notified about any changes made (as long as they've enabled their notification settings for tasks they followed):
