How to limit who can change due dates on a task

I have a person that needs to have rights to add attachments and edit attachments, that's pretty much it. Right now his has "Editor" rights.

Unfortunately he keeps changing due dates. This isn't his job to do so I'd like to restrict his access. How do I do that? Setting the rights for things are very confusing to me. Note that I am an Admin but I am not the Account Admin.

I'd suggest changing the user's access role to "limited" - it allows to add and remove attachments, but it doesn't allow to change the tasks' due dates.
