I would like to be able to sort and filter by Custom Formula Fields.

+1 this. I'm surprised we can't run any sort of reports or set up automations based on a formula field.

As you are aware, regular formula-type custom fields cannot currently be used directly in reports. However, you can achieve similar functionality by creating a Calculated Field within your reports. This allows you to perform calculations based on data from Wrike fields, including both system and custom fields.
 
To get started, please refer to this guide on Calculations in Reports. Before proceeding, ensure that this feature is enabled in Wrike Labs by visiting Wrike Labs.
