Option to set that if one of many approvers of tasks/files makes their approval, the workflow moves to the next stage.
If there's more then one user assigned to approve a task or file, make it possible to set the Workflow to move on to the next defined stage when at least one user make their approval.
Hi Neyl Walecki, thanks for sharing your feedback. At the moment, the workaround I can offer to this situation is for the first person to approve the approval process, to cancel it afterwards to finish the approval. You will still see the decision as approved on the comments stream.
Hi Cansu, This workaround does not work for my situation because upper management is unable or unwilling to learn this "complicated" workaround of approving and then canceling. It is too complex and it is counterintuitive. We have set up the automatic reminder to mention those who can approve a task, but that really isn't the issue. We need an approval from one of the approvers to be able to send the task to the next status.
