- Actionable Meetings for Zoom by Wrike - Public Release! ๐ป
New Zoom integration is now available for all accounts. Actionable Meetings by Wrike allows you to:
- Access tasks in Wrike and make changes during a Zoom meeting (and do it all in one window).
- Take notes during Zoom meetings right in the Wrike task.
- Add links to Zoom meetings to tasks in Wrike.
- Create tasks in Wrike while in a Zoom meeting.
- Attach a recording of your Zoom meeting (and chat transcript) right to the task in one click.

- Blueprints - Now Available under the Plus Button ๐
We've updated the item creation dialog under the + button at the top of the workspace. You can now create not only new items from scratch there but also see and search for blueprints.
Additionally, we've updated the overall look and feel of the creation dialog.

Fixes
- Completed Projects Not Displayed Under Pinned Items ๐
Some of you had a pinned item that contained only completed projects in it. When you tried to expand the structure of the pinned item, no projects were displayed, but there was a message urging you to change filters even though there were no filters available there. We've changed the logic, and now completed items are also displayed in the pinned section.

Interesting update with the creation dialog button. Now need to learn more on how this will work for our team.
I like that this functionality was added to the + quick-add button next to search, however the Icons have disappeared from the "Add Item" when right-clicking a Project/Folder in the left navigation pane.ย We really need these icons to help us distinguish from Blueprint Folder vs. Blueprint Project vs. Blueprint Task.ย Please bring these back:
Not a big fan of having requests all the way at the bottom of the creation button.ย
Could we have this as a configurable option? I don't want users accessing blueprints directly, we use request forms to populate custom fields and then the form uses the blueprint. I would much prefer commonly used request forms in this menu.

Much like the right click on a folder in the Table View, this menu in the Plus button is slow to load. ย It takes a couple of seconds. It's pulling dynamic info into the menu(?).ย ย The performance as of now is fairly slow for me. thx
I wonder if you had many many blueprints this would make the menu impossibly long. For me - it's a cool place to have them.

Lisaย we need the icons more to distinguish between the various types of Blueprints - to tell the difference between a Blueprint Folder (which actually houses tons of Blueprint Projects) and a Blueprint Project or even a Blueprint Task.ย Without having to go re-name ALL the Blueprints to include the words Folder vs. Project vs. Task.ย It's a quick visual they're used to seeing since the initial UI update with "Add Item" when right-clicking had the icons there.
