Remove Subtasks from all future tasks
Hello! I need to remove a certain subtask, the one in the red square, from all future tasks in the folder it lives in. Not this specific subtask, but all "Warehouse Change Notice Task" subtasks from all tasks in the future. All future tasks that come into the Signature Title Change Notices folder should only have the Prepress and PC Change Notice Tasks. Thank you!

How do you have this set up? Is it a blueprint? Are you using a form? I may be missing something but I think some more details would allow the community to better assist. 😀
This is coming from a form. Assignees and subtasks appear automatically and are assigned automatically. However the form does not have any connection to the subtasks. I'm not sure where else subtasks and their assignees could appear and be assigned automatically

I would check with who created the form, as they have a blue print attached so that every time that form is filled out it duplicates a blue print. You may not have access to it, but your system admin would. They will be able to adjust the blue print to remove the subtask that you need to remove.
