Request Form block user access
Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to create a request form that only specified users can view upon submission. We have a wide group of people who submit forms, and don't need or want them to be able to see what they submitted.

If you have your request form put in a folder that is only shared with specific users then this would work.
Hope this works.

Thanks for this Ryan Nelson!

What is the secret to making this work?
I have a request form that creates a task in a folder. The folder is private and I am the only one who has permissions to it. When someone fills out the request form, they are the task author and can still see the task. They can't browse to it using the space/folder hierarchy, but they can run a query on "Tasks I created" and it shows up there. If I change the status of the task, they also get a notification. Do I have to build an automation so that when tasks are added to the folder, the author's permissions are removed (not even sure if that's possible)?
Hi Tara Dragon,
if user create task automatically task will be shared for him.
My suggestion is to create a "public form" I believe (I've not tested yet) that in that case task are not shared with user.
If it doesn't work I'll create an automation in Wrike Integrate After Task is created I take all infos and create a new task with same date, descriptions, title, custom fields (like a copy) but not shared with author.
