We have automations set up where any project that gets submitted, once the Project Manager has assigned out all the tasks and changed the status to an ACTIVE status, it moves the project to the folder based on who submitted the project. If client team submit it, then it goes to the client folder. This just reduces click and takes the thinking out of it to remember what team that person belongs to. We operate at 150+ member team.

Apply rule to projects > When status changes to "all active" > Condition - owners name > Move item to _____ folder.ย
Love it! Thanks for sharing Mark Hutchison ๐ค
