Team managing


I'm brand new on Wrike! I'm using it to organise a new project but I don't want to share it with my team. At the same time I need to attribute tasks to the different members of my team. How can I do it without putting their email?

You could create subfolders for the different members in your project and have their tasks there. Sharing an item like this won't automatically grant access for your users to the other folders/project. You can read more about how sharing works in Wrike in this Help Centre article.
