I would love to learn more about the basics of agile.
I would also like to know more on the basics of agile working and how we can set up processes in Wrike to optimize this in a team that's not used to it. How can we visualize progress, adapt quickly and keep reducing manual copying to automatize our workspace as much as possible.ย
