Include details from the dynamic request form in the subprojects

It would he helpful if when a request was submitted using a request form that when all of the subproject are launched that the request details show in each individual sub-project and not just the main project. This way each individual can reference their own piece and have all the details there.

Hey, happy to see you here, Austeja Stanislaus🙂

Can Conditional subprojects help here?

You can add subprojects to all projects created or duplicated via form submission.

  • Add a dropdown or checkbox question.
  • Add all necessary response options.
  • Hover over a response option and select the branching icon on the right.
  • Click “Add subproject”.
  • In the opened window:
  • Enter the name of the project you want to add as a subproject and click on it in search results.
  • If you have activated Blueprints in your account, click the Blueprint tab to add projects from blueprints.
  • Click + and add more subtasks, if required.

Please let me know if that helps, or if you have any questions!

Hi Lisa - thank you for sending this. I do have it set up this way. As you can see in the screenshots the questions from the request form are not visible in the subproject details.
