Hi Joshua Klinger, happy to see you on the Community! 🙂
Could you please share more details on your use-case, so I can pass it on to the team?

Thanks for your response Lisa!
I use dashboards to view all of my tasks, but we have specific rules about when a task should in a certain workflow state. However, there are times when something might be "In Progress" technically, but I need it to be put on the "backburner" so to speak until something moves with the project.
Because I'm not always in charge of the state of a task, I need a way to organize those tasks to focus on the next most important thing for me to do, without modifying the workflow state.
My personal tasks don't solve this, starring a task doesn't solve this (because the starred task remains in the section where it belongs, thus duplicating the task in a board view).
If there was a dashboard view where I could view tasks assigned to me where I could organize them into different kanban sections without affecting any of the shared project details, like a personal tag or something, that would help me organize my work better.
Thanks!
Thank you for getting back to me, Joshua Klinger!
Have you considered using folders as tags for this? You can apply different colors to them to easily distinguish between the different types of tasks and create dashboards based on these folders. Please let me know if this can help you!
