Adding Tasks from Outlook - Using Folder Level Workflow
It would be a great enhancement if adding a new task from Outlook used the Workflow that is set in Wrike at the Folder/Project in which the task is added. Currently Outlook only uses the default Workflow which does not provide any value.
Hi Luke Hudnall, thank you for this suggestion! It's been passed on to the Product team.
Hi Hugh - has there been any movement on this point.
Hi Harry Diamond, jumping in for Hugh here, I apologize for the delayed response!
As of today, the default workflow for tasks created from the Outlook add-in depends on the save location you have set in the add-in. When you initially set up the add-in, you select a save location (space, folder, or project). New tasks created from Outlook are created in the workflow that is set as default for that particular location in your Wrike workspace.

Hi Rohan,
Yes thats actual the issue, in outlook you can change the location but it only keeps the original locations workflow.
For example most people would have the default as there personal space but when i create tasks i normally create them in group spaces with other people but due to the above it makes the outlook function not very useful as then i have to login to wrike to change the status. Which is the issue the original post was raising?
Thanks,
Harry
