๐Ÿ‘พ Releases - Mass editing, templates, and Labs releases (05/04/20)

Feature Updates

Mass Editing Custom Fields

We are really excelling in our field right now! You can now mass-edit custom fields in Table view, along with other information.

Lab Releases - Workload Charts and Proofing

We've got new releases straight from the Lab! You can now allocate custom limits on the Workload chart for each user. You can also now preview HTML content in Proofing. These can be enabled within Wrike Labs.

Status Bar in Tasks

We've tidied up our Tasks. Here's what's new:

  • Job numbers are no longer in tasks but you still can find them in the Table view and in the task's URL, and they will be back soon!
  • You won't see user groups anymore while assigning a task.

Dashboards for Wrike Analyze

Analyze this! We added two new analytic dashboard templates for all accounts that have Wrike Analyze.

Fixes

Guest Review Rights

You might have noticed that some of your team with the ability to create approvals and invite guest reviews but with no rights to share a particular task could not start a guest review. This is now fixed!

Is there a guide available on how to mass edit custom fields in Table view? I thought you could only mass edit is list view, but would LOVE to learn how to mass edit custom fields for a variety of uses. Thanks!

It is a shame that you removed the nice and easy way to see the Task ID. Even though it would be even better to be able to add it to the title of the task created by the use of a form, at least being able to see the Task ID without going through the URL was an acceptable workaround. I do understand that software does change, it's just really annoying when things change to the worse and getting a response from support that the only valid workaround form before has been removed, without adding a good one.

Hi Lindsey Walters, glad to hear you're happy with the new Table view update!

Thomas Strand, apologies for any inconvenience caused by the removal of Task ID's in this view. They will be returning soon, and as soon as I have more information, I'll be sure to let you know.
