How to removed time tracked?
How do I removed time tracked? When I click 'reset timer' nothing happens. I can't seem to delete or reset the time. We do not want any time associated with this task.

You can delete time entries for tasks by going to Timesheets and finding the task with time attached to it. Here, you can delete the time entry by double-clicking on the entry and deleting it with the backspace key.

Thank you for your response. When I remove the entry with the backspace key, it simply reverts back to the time entered when I hit enter.

Here's another possible solution for this, if it still won't delete, let me know and I'll raise a Support ticket for you 😊
In Timesheets, right click on the time entry that you want to delete and select the "edit and comment on entries" option. Here, you should see a small trash button that will delete that entry for you.
